All Sales Final — No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, and refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

• You understand the nature of liquidation and/or mystery box inventory.
• You accept the potential for items to have cosmetic flaws, damage, or varied condition.
• You agree that Bidloop.shop is not liable for individual item condition or resale value.

We encourage customers to read all descriptions carefully before bidding or purchasing.

 

Bidding & Buy Now Terms

By placing a bid, you are entering a binding agreement to purchase the lot if you win.

• “Buy Now” purchases are immediate and final.
• Failure to complete payment may result in account suspension.

 

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship all in house items within 3–5 business days. Tracking will be provided once your order is fulfilled. Offsite items (LARGE LOTS) will be shipped within one week of fulfillment notification. Bidloop is not responsible for shipping delays due to carrier issues.

 

Limitation of Liability

Bidloop is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of this site, including but not limited to product condition, shipment issues, or resale outcomes.
